Following our hugely popular one-day Ikebana class – we’re delighted to introduce a week-long course delving further into this Japanese art of floral design. Led by Sensei, Mariusz Kwik – you can expect to cover a breadth of styles and arrangements whilst learning about the fascinating philosophy behind the centuries-old craft. Working with a range of exquisite materials, tools and vessels – each day you will develop your skills to create several arrangements celebrating the culture and tradition of Ikebana. Suitable for – both beginners and those looking to develop on their floristry knowledge. Delivery Information

New York

Standard – $15, delivery charge is free for orders over $50. For the same-day New York delivery service, please place your order before 2.00pm, Monday – Friday. For same-day New York delivery service on Saturdays, place before 10.00am.

Nationwide Delivery

Standard – $20. A next-day nationwide delivery service is available Tuesday – Saturday for orders placed by 2pm the previous day.

Each bouquet will arrive with flower care instructions. Please note, certain fragile products are available for a New York delivery only.

Arrival time

Full-day classes begin at 10am and finish at 4pm. Half-day classes begin at 10am and finish at 12:30pm. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes for their class or workshop. During full-day workshops and courses there is a one-hour lunch break.

Equipment

There is no need to bring anything with you as all equipment is provided – and every student is presented with a Fiore Flower School apron and tote bag to take home. You may want to bring a notepad and pen if you’d like to make notes.

Certificates

Students who complete either a One Week or Four Week Career Course will receive a McQueens Flower School certificate on completion of the course.

Accreditation

You will receive a McQueens Flower School certificate, we are currently not accredited however a McQueens Flower School certificate has been a foundation for many famous florists.

Covid policy

If you have symptoms or have tested for Covid19 or are required to self-isolate please do not attend the school

Flowers

Our lessons no matter when you attend will be using the current seasons flowers and freshest blooms. Every day you get to take home your arrangements and the flowers used.
