1. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually delivered the same day across Hyderabad. Orders placed later will be delivered the next day.
2. Can I request delivery at a specific time?
We try our best to honor time requests, but due to traffic and logistics, exact slots cannot always be guaranteed.
3. What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver across Hyderabad and select locations in India. You can check service availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
4. How fresh are the flowers?
All our flowers are hand-picked daily to ensure maximum freshness. Seasonal availability may cause slight variations, but we always substitute with equal or higher value blooms.
