1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

  • Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted, as flowers are perishable and arrangements are prepared in advance.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at aflowerama@gmail.com or call +91 90000 02181.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns or exchanges are not possible once an order has been delivered.

  • Please check your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any issue, report it immediately to our delivery staff or within 2 hours of delivery via email/phone.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

    • The order could not be delivered due to our fault.

    • The product delivered was completely different from what was ordered.

    • The flowers or items were damaged beyond usability upon arrival (proof via photo required).

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Substitution Policy

  • In rare cases, certain flowers, fillers, or accessories may not be available due to seasonality. We may substitute with items of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall style and theme of the arrangement. Refunds will not apply in such cases.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address or recipient details provided by the customer.

  • Recipient not available at the given address during delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, shade, or arrangement style due to seasonal availability.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).
